World leading Gate Automation manufacturer, with US head office in Florida since 2006, is seeking a West Coast Representative. Preferably based in the Los Angeles area, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing accounts within the Gate Automation market throughout the Western United States. Primary duties include: prospecting for new business (through development of potential customers and winning market shares), growing existing accounts, and providing post-sales service and support. Requirement:
• Minimum 3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in the gate automation or related industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of channels of distribution
• Prior experience “cold calling” on new and potential customers
• Excellent presentation skills and follow through
• Ability to recognize and pursue sales opportunities with minimal assistance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently
• Strong technical aptitude gained by selling technical application products
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Must be a self starter

KIWI POST DRIVER FOR SALE. Rear tractor mounted post driver. 3 point hitch mount, self standing, 42" side extension, PTO driven hydraulic system. This unit will pound a 6" wood post flat bottom (no point necessary) 4' deep in less than a minute. This would make a great guardrail pounder as well. This includes an auger system with 4" bit and carbide teeth for drilling holes thru rock. I estimate the unit to be approximately 10-15 years old. We currently have an immediate opportunity for experienced COMMERCIAL FENCE ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER.
Relocation is not required, work from local office or home office in your market area. Responsibilities include performing all duties associated with the entire commercial fence sales process and project management. Candidate must be proficient at utilizing online search tools and detailed project estimating, web based project retrieval, and blue print reading.Candidate must have:
