Project Manager/Operations Manager
Large Philadelphia and surrounding area commercial fence contractor seeks an experienced Project Manager/Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Communicates with customer contacts prior to and during the installation process, creates job specific folders for use during the installation process, reads and understands blueprints and specifications, provides material breakdowns, orders material, field verifies site conditions, schedules field crews and assures all material and equipment are accurately prepared for each job, assists with estimating when needed and generally manages all aspects of the operations process.
Requirements: 7+ years fence estimating, project management and or installation experience, excellent organization and communication skills, must be detail oriented and able to work independently, must have experience supervising others, experience with shop drawing and submittal process helpful
