Large Philadelphia and surrounding area commercial fence contractor seeks an experienced Manager/Operations Manager. Responsibilities include: Communicating with customer contacts prior to and during installation process; creating job specific folders for use during installation process; providing material breakdowns; ordering materials; field verifications of site conditions; scheduling field crews; assuring all materials and equipment are accurately prepared for each job; assisting with estimating; and generally managing all aspects of the operations process. Must be able to understand blueprints, specifications, PA Dot standards & Federal Specifications.

Requirements 7+ years fence estimating, project management and/or installation experience. Excellent organization and communication skills, must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Must have experience supervising others. Experience with shop drawing and submittal process helpful.
