Candidate must be proficient at utilizing online search tools, web based project retrieval, blue print reading, performing online takeoff's, and creating spreadsheet estimates.

5+ years of experience estimating & managing large commercial fence projects and obtaining & managing government contracts. Fence specification knowledge.
